Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange items, subject to stock availability. Please reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

💡 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
